In a baking dish greased with butter, lay 1 rolled out sheet of pastry. Spread over it the mixture and cover with the second sheet of pastry. Bake in a moderate oven for 15\u201320 min., then turn upside down and bake on the other side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls poster=\"http:\/\/kulinar.ibl.bas.bg\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/smoljan-patatnik-2.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/kulinar.ibl.bas.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/SMOLJAN-patatnik.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Caramel custard<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u68063-5\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"u68063-12\"><li><strong>for the cream:<\/strong>&nbsp;milk, eggs, sugar, water<\/li><li><strong>for the caramel<\/strong>&nbsp;sugar, water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u68063-13\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u68063-15\"><strong><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u68063-17\">Beat the eggs in milk. In separate small bowls, caramelize the sugar and pour some milk-egg mixture in each. Arrange the bowls in a baking dish with some cold water in it, and bake at a low temperature so as the water in the dish won\u2019t boil. The caramel custard is first baked from the top, and then only from the bottom. If the water begins to boil, add some cold water to cool it down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls poster=\"http:\/\/kulinar.ibl.bas.bg\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/smoljan-krem-karamel.jpg\" src=\"https:\/\/kulinar.ibl.bas.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/SMOLJAN-krem-karamel.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Wedge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u68327-5\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u68327-7\">rice, 5 eggs, milk, water, salt, sunflower oil, 2 rolled out sheets of pastry, butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u68327-8\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u68327-10\"><strong><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u68327-12\">Boil the rice in water, salt and sunflower oil, and make sure it won\u2019t stick. After it is ready, set aside to cool and then add the beaten eggs and milk to obtain a medium thick mixture. Lay a rolled out sheet of pastry in a baking dish greased with butter. Spread over it the mixture and cover with the second sheet of pastry.
