Kostur flat cake

Ingredients:

  • For the stuffing: spinach, curds, oil or butter, garlic, salt, black pepper
  • For the flour: flour, yeast, salt, sugar, water (optional: egg)

Method:

Fry the spinach with the curds, the garlic and the seasoning.
Use the ingredients to make dough and leave aside to rise. When it is ready, divide into two parts – one of them should be bigger. Roll out sheets. Spread the bigger and thicker one over the bottom of a baking dish – greased and sprinkled with some flour. Spread the stuffing and cover with the other, smaller sheet of dough. Add some butter over the pie and bake.
