Poparnik (proya)
Ingredients:
3–5 eggs, 1 cup corn flour, 1 cup wheat flour, a little coarse flour, 1 cup oil, 1 cup milk, baking powder, 2 packs vanilla, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, 250 g white cheese.
Method:
First beat the eggs with a pinch of sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 pack vanilla. Add the three types of flour. Pour in the cold milk. Add the oil. Sprinkle with baking powder and add the other pack vanilla. Mix everything well by hand to prevent lumps. Add the crumbled white cheese. Then spread in the baking dish over baking paper (ungreased).
Bake in the oven at 180-200C until golden.
Cir flat cake
Ingredients:
flour, eggs, yeast, oil, white cheese
Method:
Make bread dough with flour, oil, yeast and 4 eggs. Divide into 8 balls and roll them out into thick sheets matching the size of the baking dish. Mix eggs with white cheese. Grease the first sheet with plenty of oil and sprinkle over a little bit of the mixture. Arrange the rest of the sheets adding oil between them and major servings from the mixture. Sprinkle oil over the last sheet and cut into pieces. Bake in the oven at 180C.
