Ingredients:

3–4 onions, 4–5 sweet red peppers, 2 hot red peppers, salt, water, sugar, vinegar

 

Method:

Bring the water to a boil with a little salt. Add the chopped onion, chopped red sweet peppers and chopped red hot peppers. The dish is boiled for another 10-15 minutes, then seasoned with sugar, vinegar and salt. It is eaten with a main course (stew with potatoes, beans, etc.).



Cheese porridge

Method:

Fry the flour in oil, add water and mix until a thick paste. Add the shredded cheese and salt to taste, then cook the dish for a few more minutes until fully cooked.

Method:

From the flour, salt and water a hard dough is prepared, which is rolled out into small loaves. Finally, it is drizzled with oil and red pepper.



Sour garlic

Method:

The garlic heads are cleaned of the outer scales and stems and left to sit in water for three days to release their hotness. Then arrange in jars, sprinkle with salt (and vinegar if desired) and pour water. The top is covered with vine sticks in the shape of a wreath and the jars are closed with caps.
