Broad beans soup
broad beans with the pods, water, flour (1 tbsp.), parsley
- for the brown sauce: sunflower oil, onion, paprika
- For seasoning: garlic cloves crushed with salt, vinegar
Boil the broad beans in water. Make brown sauce from the oil, onion and paprika, and add to the broad beans soup. Let simmer for a while and season with salt and a little flour dissolved in lukewarm water. Sprinkle over with parsley and add garlic cloves crushed with salt and vinegar.

Make dough from the flour, the yoghurt and the baking soda, and spread it in a baking dish greased with oil. Use two forks to score a grid pattern over the dough, then sprinkle the loaf with sugar and put in the oven. The loaf is broken after a child is born, during the rite of „prayers“.
