Stuffed peppers, stuffed cabbage and vine leaves
red peppers (blanched, dried or fresh), vine leaves, sour cabbage leaves
- For the stuffing: minced meat, onion, rice, eggs, savory, black pepper, parsley, salt, flour
- For the sauce: sour cabbage leaves, oil, flour, salt, water
Mix the ingredients for the stuffing.

Stuff the peppers adding a little bit of flour at the open end. Arrange them in a baking dish one opposite the other.
Clean the cabbage leaves from the stump and make cabbage rolls (sarmi). Arrange them beside the stuffed peppers.
Cover everything with whole cabbage leaves. Add water, some oil and bake.
Just before the stuffed vegetables are ready, remove the cabbage leaves from the top. Put them in a pan, add water and oil, and the sauce from the baking dish. Bring to a boil. Remove the leaves and add flour to thicken the sauce. Season with salt and parsley.

- For the meatballs: minced meat, egg, rice
- For the thickener: egg, tartaric acid, water
Peel the vegetables and cut finely. Put into a pan with water and bring to the boil. Mix the minced meat with the egg and some rice. Make small balls. When the vegetables are ready, add the meatballs to them. Cook until they pop up on the surface. Add rice. When it is cooked, thicken the soup with a little water, tartaric acid and egg.

yeast, yoghurt, flour, oil, white cheese, eggs, butter, some water, egg yolk for spreading, pot-herb or sesame for sprinkling
Dilute the yeast in lukewarm water, add the yoghurt, the oil and some flour. When the mixture rises, add it to the rest of the flour, put in an egg and make dough. Spread some oil over it and leave to rise. After it rises, divide into three balls, roll them out and spread with soft butter. Mix the beaten eggs with the crumbled white cheese and distribute the mixture over the rolled out dough, then roll it up. Cut into pieces, 2 cm each. Arrange in a baking dish, top with egg yolk and sprinkle with pot-herb or sesame.
