Sorrel in a frying pan

Ingredients:

sorrel, 4 eggs, 100 g white cheese, 500 g yoghurt, sunflower oil

 

Method:

Chop the sorrel finely and fry in sunflower oil, while stirring constantly. Add the yoghurt, the white cheese and the eggs. Leave to simmer at a moderate temperature until ready, stirring now and then. During winter you may also make this dish with cracklings.
