Zelnik

Ingredients:

flour, water, lard, onions, tomatoes, dried peppers, sour cabbage

 

Method:

Sift the flour. Make dough. Roll out the dough into two sheets. Grease a baking dish and spread the first sheet in it. Top the sheet with the fried mixture from the onions, tomatoes, peppers and sour cabbage and make sure it is spread evenly. Cover with the second sheet of dough and put in the oven to bake. Shortly before it is ready, grease the zelnik with lard.
