500 g yoghurt, a red pepper, white cheese (or curds), sunflower oil, a hot pepper (or chili), salt

Method:

Finely cut the red pepper in the yoghurt and add to the mixture crumbled cheese (or curds), a little bit of sunflower oil, salt and the roasted hot pepper (or chili). Consume as a starter.
