Peppers stuffed with beans

Ingredients:

red dried peppers, half-cooked beans, 2-3 onions, oil, tomato paste, salt, paprika, black pepper, mint, parsley, savory.

Method:

Peppers are flooded with warm water beforehand to relax. Finely chop the onion and fry. Add salt and red pepper. Pour water from the boiled beans, add the beans and let it boil until the water evaporates. Green spices are added. Allow to cool. The peppers are filled with the prepared mixture, and their opening is sprinkled with flour to seal. Pour water or tomato paste, sprinkle with oil and salt again. It can be topped with a topping of 2 eggs, yogurt, flour. Bake in the oven until ready.
