Tutmanik
Ingredients:
white flour, egg, lukewarm water, sunflower oil, butter, white cheese, salt
Method:
Sift the flour. Dissolve the salt in the water, and beat the egg. Add some oil. Use the ingredients to make dough. Divide into 12 balls, roll them out and glue them together in groups of three after greasing each with melted butter. Begin to stretch the dough by pulling carefully from the middle outward until a thin sheet is made. Sprinkle with oil and add crumbled cheese over it. Do not roll the pastry sheet, but fold its ends two by two and sprinkle with cheese and oil. Sprinkle the last spread sheet with oil only, omitting the cheese. Place the rest of the sheets in it and fold them in. Transfer the tutmanik in a baking dish greased with butter. Bake in a preheated oven, first at a higher temperature for about 15 minutes, then cover with tinfoil and reduce the temperature.

Make brown sauce from the butter, flour and paprika. Add to it part of the water in which the eggs have been prepared. Pour the eggs on top with the sauce.
