Smidalj
Ingredients:
corn flour, 1 egg, baking soda, salt, water, butter, sugar
Method:
Mix the flour, egg, water, salt and the baking soda to make dough for a round loaf. Bake in a baking dish and then crumble down in small pieces. Top with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
