1 cucumber, 4–5 dry peppers, leek (the white part), water, vinegar, 1 tsp. sugar, sunflower oil, salt



Slice finely the cucumber and leeks. Add to them finely cut dry peppers after having soaked them in water. Season with vinegar, sunflower oil and salt to taste. Finally pour in 2-3 cups water and a little sugar. Leave in a cool place for one night, and then consume especially after heavy eating and drinking.
