Svilengrad muhallebi

(a secret family recipe)

Ingredients:

milk, finely ground rice flour, sugar, water, rose flavoring

 

Method:

Cook the rice flour with the milk to obtain the cream. Distribute in bowls and leave aside to cool down. Make thick sugar syrup and add rose flavoring. Serve the muhallebi cooled and topped with the aromatic syrup.
