Ingredients:
corn flour, leeks (use just leeks, onions or cabbage, or a combination of the three), water, salt
Method:
Stir the corn flour into the water and the salt to obtain a mash. Chop the onion and season with salt. Add to the corn flour mixture. Pour in a pan and spread. Bake until ready.
Couscous
Ingredients:
dark flour, water
Method:
Mix the flour and water to make dough. Make small balls. Steam over boiling water, spread them on a rug and leave to dry up in the sun for 2-3 days. When dry, use as pasta – boil and then dress with fried oil.
